2. Purpose of Data Collection: The information is collected solely for the purposes of contract execution, electricity allocation, invoice issuance, consumption analysis, technical support, and service quality improvement.
3. Use of Data: The data is used exclusively for the provision of contractual services, payment processing, statistical analysis, responding to user inquiries, and essential notifications. The platform also uses operational and analytical cookies to enhance the user experience.
4. Data Sharing: User information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances, except where required by legal obligations or official judicial orders issued by competent authorities.

Complete data deletion may, in some cases, be subject to legal requirements and restrictions.
